Grapes "Mercedes" - this variety is considered the standard for beauty and commercial qualities of berries. As a large-batch and large-bred variety, Risamat is of great interest for our conditions, although it is most difficult to grow it from all varieties - it, like other Central Asian varieties, is very demanding for heat. With a lack of heat, the yield of the variety is sharply reduced.

Grapes have high food and taste qualities. It contains easily digestible sugars organic acids (tartaric, malic), pectin and mineral substances (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron), as well as coloring and aromatic substances and a significant amount of water. Vitamins are not rich in grapes: thus, vitamin C contains only 6 mg%, while leaves contain from 110 to 150 mg%. The energy value of 100 grams of grapes is 69 calories.
